Undercover Call: Medicaid Would Fund $16K Abortion on 30-Week Baby with Down Syndrome

Pregnant with a 30-week old baby with Down syndrome, and want it killed at taxpayer expense? No problem, according to one late-term abortion facility in New Mexico.  As Down Syndrome Awareness month concludes, the pro-life organization Operation Rescue has released shocking video containing excerpts from an undercover call. In the call a representative at Southwestern Women’s Options, a late-term abortion clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, assures a caller pretending to be a woman who is 30 weeks pregnant with a baby with Down syndrome that Medicaid will cover the $10-16,000 eugenic, late-term abortion.
