Pedophiles Incorporated

By Mark Crutcher

When Americans hear the term “organized crime,” it is unlikely that names like Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation leap to their minds.

Maybe they should.

In the last few weeks, the pro-life group, Live Action, released the results of an undercover sting operation they conducted in which they identified several Planned Parenthood offices that were willing to help a “pimp” conceal the fact that he was trafficking underage girls into the U.S. from other countries to work in the sex trade. Naturally, Planned Parenthood’s damage control gurus immediately sprung into action and tried to paint this as the “regrettable” actions of a few rogue employees and, to make the point, they throw the miscreants under the bus with a swift dismissal.

But the question is: are these people really the exception?

As many of you may remember, at Life Dynamics we did an undercover investigation in 2002 by calling over 850 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across America. Our caller was a young woman portraying a 13-year-old who was pregnant by her 22-year-old boyfriend. Her story was that she and her boyfriend needed an abortion in order to keep this sexual activity a secret from her parents and the police.

Even according to statements made at a national convention by Planned Parenthood’s own attorneys, the scenario used in our calls creates a duty to report this sexual relationship to the authorities in every jurisdiction in the country. But that’s not what happened. Despite the fact that many of the people we talked to told our caller that the relationship was illegal and that they were required to report it, over 90 percent of them agreed to help conceal this sex crime. Consistently, our caller was coached on how to avoid detection by other adults who might report the situation, how to circumvent state parental involvement laws and what to say or not say when she came to the clinic. In a significant number of instances, she was told to lie about or conceal her age or her boyfriend’s age or to give false names, phone numbers and addresses.

In states with parental involvement legislation, she was often informed about the possibility of a judicial bypass and given specific instructions not to tell the judge about the age of her boyfriend and, in some instances, she was encouraged to lie to the judge if he asked. In other instances, she was told how to circumvent the parental involvement requirement altogether, even to the point of having it suggested that she bring in someone who “looks old enough” to be her parent to sign for her. One clinic representative advised our caller that she could keep her parents from finding out about this situation by using her boyfriend’s address when she checked in for the abortion since that is where the notice would be sent. In one case, the clinic worker lamented the fact that our caller’s boyfriend was “only 22” because that meant he wouldn’t look old enough to pass as her father. The unambiguous tone of this conversation was that if she were involved with a 50-year-old they would be willing to let him sign in as her father.

In these parental-involvement states, this child was inevitably told that one way to keep this situation quiet was for her to go to a state that did not require her parents to be notified. In fact, they often gave her the name and number for such a clinic in a neighboring state and offered to help her make an appointment. When the caller pointed out that she was only 13 and couldn’t drive, the clinic worker would advise her to get her boyfriend to drive her. So what you had here was an adult telling a child that they believed to be a statutory rape victim to let her rapist take her out of the state without her parent’s knowledge in order to cover up the crime.

The important thing is that these responses were not rare but were, instead, virtually universal. By the time our investigation was completed, we had an admission by agents of almost every Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facility in America that they are willing—and in many cases eager—to conceal a sexual crime that was being committed against a 13-year-old child. Toward that end, the caller was given step-by-step instructions on how to circumvent state laws that were enacted for the sole purpose of protecting children in situations exactly like this. Moreover, the manner in which they handled these calls made it obvious that this is something they do routinely and several of these abortion clinic workers even volunteered statements to that effect.

But there’s more. At the end of each call, the caller would introduce the possibility that she may not be pregnant and ask whether the clinic would help her get birth control. Out of over 850 calls, fewer than 10 said that they would report the sexual activity. The rest agreed to help her conceal this relationship from her parents and the authorities. This offer was even made by people who had earlier in the call correctly identified this situation as sexual abuse or statutory rape and that state law required them to report it to the appropriate authorities.

In many of these instances, they told the caller that her boyfriend could come with her to pick up the birth control and some even offered to let him pick it up without her even being there. In other words, despite knowing that a sex crime was being committed against a child, they were willing to conspire with the perpetrator in order to keep the crime hidden.

The bottom line is, our investigation proved beyond any doubt that Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are nothing less than corporate pedophiles who knowingly protect men who rape underage girls. Not only are these people engaged in organized crime, they are involved in the largest criminal enterprise in American history and their victims are children.

Recently, a case in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, reinforced the importance of this issue. According to documents released by the Department of Justice, 66-year-old George Joseph England went to Vietnam where he bought—that’s right, bought!—a 3-year-old child from her mother and immediately turned this little girl into his personal sex slave. He eventually took her to live with him in California but, after being convicted of sexually assaulting three of her 10-year-old friends, he fled to Florida where the victim says England continued to rape her on an almost daily basis.

At the age of 13 she got pregnant for the first time but, unfortunately, not the last. Court documents show that she was forced to undergo at least eight abortions over the next 5 years. Then, at the age of 18, she told a neighbor what was going on and, finally, the authorities were brought in. England is now expected to spend the rest of his miserable life in prison.

But the problem is that there are other criminals who were directly responsible for the ongoing rape of this child who are not in jail. Let me be as clear about this as I can. The people at the abortion clinics where these abortions took place are every bit as guilty for what happened to that girl as is this pervert who is now rotting in prison. If they had complied with their state’s mandatory reporting laws, this situation would have ended at least five years earlier. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The George Joseph Englands of this world have no greater ally than the American abortion lobby. If there is one thing that this country’s sexual predators understand, it is that the people down at Planned Parenthood know how to keep their mouths shut.

I will also say this: if the authorities in Florida are not investigating the abortion clinics where this child was taken and bringing criminal indictments against those who did not comply with these mandatory reporting laws, these law enforcement people should also be dragged away in handcuffs and leg irons. They are complicit, after the fact, in the rape of this child.

Now if you don’t think this is a big deal, remember this: studies have shown that even among the youngest teenagers who get pregnant—those 15 and under—the overwhelming majority are impregnated by adults. The reality is that girls as young as 10 and 11 are becoming the victims of statutory rape and sexual abuse at an astounding rate. Even more alarming, one study of this issue discovered that as the age of the victim goes down the age of the perpetrator goes up. In this study, the average age of men who impregnate 11-year-olds was found to be higher than the average age of men who impregnate 20-year-olds.

It’s also well-known that the consequences for this are devastating for these girls. When compared to girls who are sexually active with boys near their own age, underage girls who are sexually involved with adult men are more likely to become pregnant, more likely to contract a sexually transmitted disease, more likely to drop out of school, more likely to abuse drugs and alcohol, more likely to become isolated from friends and family members, more likely to end up on welfare, more likely to be physically abused, more likely to be lured into prostitution or pornography and there is some data indicating that they are at a higher risk of committing suicide.

In the final analysis, two things are true about America’s epidemic of teenage pregnancy and the problems associated with it. First, the primary driving force behind it is adult males preying on underage girls for sex. And second, both Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation figured out a long time ago that selling protection to these sexual deviants is very lucrative. In addition to the cash paid by these sexual predators and the money that pours in from wealthy donors, Planned Parenthood currently receives about one million dollars a day in federal money plus whatever they can extort out of the states. So we can excuse or dismiss or ignore this situation all we want, but that won’t change the undeniable fact that the American taxpayer is being forced to finance the sexual exploitation of their own children.

In 1986, Mark Crutcher committed to working in the pro-life movement full time. At that time, he created the Life Activist Seminar. Then, in 1992, he founded Life Dynamics which has since become widely acknowledged as one of the most innovative and professional pro-life organizations in America. Mark may be best known for his bold undercover operations that have exposed shocking and even illegal activities inside the abortion industry. In 1996, Mark authored the book, Lime 5, an exposé that has become the recognized standard for people who want to know what really goes on inside the American abortion industry. Among Life Dynamics’ latest projects is a revolutionary new campaign designed to increase African-American participation in the pro-life movement. One part of this effort is a stunning documentary film called Maafa 21 that, in just over two hours, leaves no doubt that the driving force behind the legalization of abortion was eugenics and racial genocide.
