Nancy Pelosi, the new high priestess of the Secular Church of America, has laid the gauntlet down.

Her Excellency has commanded that Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone, who is chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Subcommittee for the Promotion and Defense of Marriage, not attend this week’s national March for Marriage in Washington, DC.

It is interesting how Pelosi has basically declared herself as a new papal-like decision maker of the Catholic Church. Since the word pope derives from Greek meaning “father,” we really cannot call Pelosi a pope, but since she is a mother, perhaps we can call her Mope Pelosi. The title certainly fits her.

In Pelosi’s world, she can have her Holy Communion and eat it too. Her ability to reach new heights of heresy is of the likes of which we have never seen before. She is a liturgical acrobat—a modernist Catholic contortionist.

In her letter to the archbishop, Pelosi states that the March for Marriage is “venom masquerading as virtue” and that some of the participants at the event show “disdain and hate towards LGBT persons.”

Is Pelosi talking about venom like the venom that spews out of radical homosexual activists like the notorious Dan Savage who berated Christian students at a high school in 2012 when he said things like, “We can learn to ignore the bullsh*t in the Bible and what it says about gay people”? He was also the one who stated, “It’s funny, as someone who’s on the receiving end of beatings that are justified by the Bible, how pansy-as*ed some people react when you push back.”

Speaking of venom, we must not forget about the radical activists of FEMEN who drenched Belgian Archbishop André-Jozef Léonard with water to protest alleged homophobia by the Catholic Church. These women arrived with hateful things scrawled in marker across their naked breasts, exposing themselves as demon-like creatures that have absolute contempt and hatred toward the Catholic Church.

Is that the kind of venom you speak of, Mope Pelosi? Is that what you mean?

Why is it that Pelosi sees it one way and not the other?

I could go on, but I think the archbishop said it best in his response to Pelosi when he spoke of his defense of marriage: “Simply for taking a stand for marriage as it has been understood in every human society for millennia, people have lost their jobs, lost their livelihoods, and have suffered other types of retribution, including physical violence.”

Nancy, quit trying to change the unchangeable and please find another church that shares your views.
